Overview

As a Startup Operations Advisor for FairScan, I conducted independent operational reviews of two AI-powered applications: MedGuard and StyleMyCrown. My role was to evaluate each application from a user and business operations perspective, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide practical recommendations to enhance usability, functionality, and the overall customer experience.
